Don't Worry
Have you ever watched birds eating on a snowy day? It takes
some effort on their part. They don't just sit around waiting
for someone to put food in their mouth.
Is God feeding them? Directly or indirectly?
God is the one who provides food for
the birds. This implies that God provides for every creature.
Yet, if a bird sits still, instead of gathering the food God
has provided for them, they will starve.
Yes, the birds can be a good lesson for us. They don't worry.
Neither should we. They gather what God provides for them. So
should we.
I don't know whether the birds are thankful to God, or not. But
we should be thankful. And we should recognize that God is the
Source of all the good that we enjoy in life.
So work, but don't worry.

Encouragement
Encouragement- Everyone needs it.
No matter what our status, income level or family situation, we all need positive encouragement.A simple "You can do it" can go a long way toward helping people live happier, healthier and more productive lives.
No matter what their situation, positive encouragement can be valuable.
You can do your part too. How? By offering a kind word of encouragement to those you come across in your daily life.
God bless you!

HOPE
This image fascinates me. Here’s this rock hard surface with sunflowers growing in the cracks.
This once smooth road became worn and cracked over time from change of weather and constant travelers. And in these cracks, rain came down from heaven and watered windblown sunflower seeds. These seeds found their hiding place. They remained in the crack, in the dark, undisturbed.
There in the cracks of this once solid hard surface something beautiful began to grow.
Signs of new life.
Hope emerged in full bloom.
Here’s hope for you.
God is working even still.

Our God is able to soften hard hearts. He longs to pour out His love and mercy on those He created. Yes, even the hard hearts matter to Him. Don’t give up hope. Keep praying and believing for beautiful blooms.
With blessings and smiles,

LIVE TODAY
Yesterday is over. You can't live in yesterday. Tomorrow is yet to come. You can't live in tomorrow.
Make the most of the present that God has given you today. Don't waste it worrying. Don't waste it regretting. Stop trying to live in the impossible. Live today. Thanks be to God. This is the day the Lord has made let us rejoice and be glad in it!
Worry and regret are ways that we attempt to live in impossible places. Worry and regret rob us of actually living. Our chance to do the things we want to do and to love as we know we should love is right now. This present moment is God's gift to you (that is why it is called present) is a moment for you to live-- not to spend trying to relive the past or worry about the future. Live today.
Make the most of the present that God has given you today. Don't waste it worrying. Don't waste it regretting. Stop trying to live in the impossible. Live today. Thanks be to God. This is the day the Lord has made let us rejoice and be glad in it!
Love today.

Law of the Garbage Truck
One day I hopped in a taxi and we took off for the airport. We were driving in the right lane when suddenly a black car jumped out of a parking space right in front of us. My taxi driver slammed on his brakes, skidded, and missed the other car by just inches! The driver of the other car whipped his head around and started yelling at us.
My taxi driver just smiled and waved at the guy. And I mean, he was really friendly. So I asked, ‘Why did you just do that? This guy almost ruined your cab and sent us to the hospital!’
This is when my taxi driver taught me what I now call, ‘The Law of the Garbage Truck.’
He explained that many people are like garbage trucks. They run around full of garbage, full of frustration, full of anger, and full of disappointment. As their garbage piles up, they need a place to dump it and sometimes they’ll dump it on you. Don’t take it personally.
Just smile, wave, wish them well, and move on. Don’t take their garbage and spread it to other people at work, at home, or on the streets.
The bottom line is that successful people do not let garbage trucks take over their day.
Life’s too short to wake up in the morning with regrets, so … Love the people who treat you right.
Pray for the ones who don’t.
Remember: Life is ten percent what you make it and ninety percent how you take it!
